A Bit About Your Coach
Where do I start....A Son, Brother, Uncle (a cool one), Liverpool fan (sorry), mental health advocate, NHS employee of too many years to count!

I have been a mentor for a number of years - both within the workplace and outside of it - helping individuals navigate situations or goals and truthfully, I have loved it.
Candidly, like many people I have struggled with my own mental health and confidence. I sought help in various forms along the way which has been transformational for me. Those experiences - both personal and professional - led me to train and qualify as a coach so I could help people through the use of coaching skills.

If I'm honest I wasn't sure coaching or being coached was for me, however I've been there when you are feeling stuck or a crisis of confidence is stopping you from realising your own potential and you need a bit of help finding a way through it all.

I'm not here to throw buzzwords or share cheesy inspirational meme's. My approach is just simple, practical and grounded using proven coaching techniques to help you move past whatever's holding you back.

I'm especially passionate about supporting men who may relate and might not always feel like they have space to ask for help. That said, I am open to working with anyone who connects - no matter what your background.
